If db514 identifies that you hold or have previously held a duplicate account, it may close all associated accounts, void all pending wagers, and forfeit any bonus balances without prior notice. Real Money Balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method following a review period.
4.4 Personal Use Only

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's Real Money Balance in full.
7.4 Disconnection Policy

Games that use a server-side random number generator will record the outcome regardless of whether the player's device maintained connectivity throughout the session. Forbidden Activities
8. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on db514 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

- Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without that player's authorisation.

- Engaging in any activity that places a disproportionate or abusive load on db514's servers, infrastructure, or third-party game providers.
Account Management
9. Account Suspension & Closure
9.1 Closure by the Player

Any Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing and KYC verification. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
9.2 Suspension or Closure by db514
db514 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

- A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring the account to be frozen or closed.

9.3 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure for any reason, all pending bets that were placed before the closure decision will be settled normally and the resulting balance (win or loss) applied to the account. If db514 closes the account due to a breach of these Terms, it reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Real Money Balance pending investigation. Legal Disclaimer
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, db514 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of db514, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
